Eggs benedict, omelets, scrambled eggs, breakfast enchiladas, Canadian bacon, sausages, ham, fruit and plain pancakes, oatmeal, French toast and home fried potatoes

Smoked Salmon Platter
Sliced Scottish smoked salmon served with sliced tomato, onion, capers and lemon wedges

Hot Drinks

Freshly Brewed Gourmet Coffee
(flavored and decaffeinated also available) a variety of imported, domestic and herbal teas and hot chocolate

Additional Items
Cottage cheese, individual assorted yogurts and cereals, various cheeses including brie, Chevre, Dutch, smoked gouda, herbed boursin, camembert, black wax cheddar and Jarlsberg Swiss cheeses served with assorted flatbreads and crackers. Grapefruit halves, granola, oatmeal and raisins.
