Bartenders / Waitstaff are available for an additional charge.
We can handle your rental needs. The rental company will bill you directly.
All barbecues / clambakes last 2 - 4 hours depending on your menu.
The staff will arrive approximately 1 hour before to set up.
Full menu options include grill, buffet tables, linens, plasticware, condiments,
serving utensils and garbage bags.
Final head count is due the week of the event.
Payment is due prior to your event. There is a 3.5 % credit card processing
fee if paying by credit card.
The 20% service charge covers the truck rentals, propane, office expenses
and the cooks.
Gratuity for the staff is greatly appreciated.
